How to make a claim

Claim on your Motor insurance

If you need to make a motor claim, please follow these steps:

1. Take your vehicle to get an estimate for any work required. You must obtain one estimate if you visit one of our Approved Garages, two if you visit elsewhere.
   Our Approved Garages are listed below.
2. Complete the claim form for your insurer:
   (The Insurer will be listed on your Certificate of Insurance)
   Markerstudy Tradex Insurance Corporation of Channel Islands (ICCI)
3. Submit your completed claim form along with a photocopy of your drivers licence. (Both sides of the plastic card and also the paper part). You can send this to Ross-Gower Group Ltd. by post or call in and we will copy it for you.

Claim on your Home insurance

To make a claim on you household insurance you will need the following:

• Your details including your policy number.
• Details of any third parties involved.
• An indication of the value of the claim, such as purchase price, replacement cost, repair costs, or the extent of the damage or injury.
