Private Motor Vehicle Claims
1) Please take your vehicle to get an estimate for any work required.
You must obtain one estimate if you visit one of our Approved Garages, two if you visit elsewhere. Our Approved Garages are listed below.
2) You must complete a Claim form - Select your insurer (Markerstudy)
3) Submit the Claim Form along with a photocopy of your drivers licence. (Both sides of the plastic card and also the paper part). You can send this to Ross-Gower Group Ltd. by post or call in and we will copy it for you.

Windscreen Claims
If your windscreen is damaged please notify us on 722222. Our only approved windscreen repairer is Bougourd Ford their work shop is located along Bulwer Avenue.

To make a claim on you household insurance you will need the following:
- Your details including your policy number
- Details of any third parties involved.
- An indication of the value of the claim, such as purchase price, replacement cost, repair costs, or the extent of the damage or injury.
